Photographic-quality graphics bonded to glass with UV-curable inks and a protective coating — UV stable, scratch resistant, and engineered for architecture, retail, and industrial environments.
Request a Quote →Glass is one of the most demanding substrates in design — transparent, rigid, and unforgiving of poor adhesion. Polyprint's UV printing process turns plain glass into a fully customized surface without sacrificing the clarity, hardness, and longevity that make glass valuable in the first place.
UV printing applies ultraviolet-curable inks directly to the glass surface. As each ink layer is laid down, UV light instantly cures and hardens it — so the graphic bonds to the substrate rather than sitting on top of it. A protective top coat seals the result for scratch and UV resistance.

Printed glass bridges branding and architecture. These are the environments where decision-makers most often specify it.
Printed glass is held to the same independently tested performance benchmarks that define all Polyprint applications.
EN ISO 16474-3 Atlas UV Test — zero surface change after 3000 hours of exposure.
EN 15184 pencil hardness test — rated 6H, the highest standard for coating hardness.
EN 438-2 ball impact testing — maximum machine rating with no visible damage.
DIN EN 14354 Taber Abraser — achieved classification 31 in tested conditions.
UV printing on glass uses ultraviolet-curable inks that are instantly hardened by UV light onto the glass surface, then sealed with a protective coating. This produces a vivid, durable, scratch- and UV-resistant graphic bonded to the glass.
Yes. With a UV-stable, scratch-resistant coating, printed glass withstands sunlight, weather, and abrasion. Polyprint surfaces are tested for UV weathering, scratch hardness, and impact resistance to commercial standards.
Yes. UV printing supports photographic-quality, full-color graphics, brand patterns, logos, and gradients, including the use of white ink for opacity on transparent glass.
Flat glass formats used in architecture, partitions, signage, splashbacks, and display can be printed. Specifications such as tempering and thickness should be confirmed for each project.
