That's a fundamentally different process than screen printing a mixed spot ink, which puts the actual formulated color on the part. Expect a good UV match to land within a Delta E of roughly 2 to 4 depending on the hue; some oranges, greens, and deep blues sit outside standard CMYK gamut and won't get all the way there no matter how the profile is tuned.
A Pantone Spot number gets converted to a CMYK equivalent, then run through an ICC color profile built for the specific printer, ink set, substrate, and finish combination the job will actually use. The profile tells the RIP how much of each ink to lay down so the printed dots visually average out to something close to the reference — it's an approximation tuned by measurement and correction passes, not a direct translation. Change the substrate or the gloss level and the same file can print noticeably differently, because the profile no longer matches what's actually feeding through the machine.
This is also why a white underbase matters for anything other than a bright white substrate. Ink laid over a tinted, clear, or dark base picks up that base color the same way a thin coat of paint shows the wall underneath it — a properly opaque white layer is what gives the color profile something consistent to build on top of, run after run.

Delta E is a single number describing the visual distance between two colors — 0 is identical, and differences under about 1 are not detectable by eye. Ask a vendor what tolerance they quote and hold them to a number, not a description like "close enough."
