It can, on deep wraps. Cured UV ink is a harder, less elastic film than aqueous or latex ink, so folding it tightly around a stretcher bar corner puts real stress on the film. Two fixes: stretch the canvas immediately after printing while the ink still has some give, or switch to an aqueous or latex process for wraps deeper than a couple of inches. Flat panels and shallow wraps don't have this problem.
